Concerned About Kobe Bryant's Knee?

Not I.  I'm not concerned about Kobe Bryant's knee, which is recovering from off-season surgery.  He's just recovering from the atrophy - weakness - caused by the surgery.  He'll be fine come start the season.

Many NBA pundits have expressed concern over his preseason play - Bryant is 16-53 on the field - and if it was any other player, I would be shitting it too.  But, must I remind you all that this is Kobe! Dude doesn't need to play good right now.  He knows how to turn the light switch on.  Plus, he finds other ways to score; he did, by the way, get 18  points versus Denver, most of which came via the free throw line.  and he got 19 versus the Utah Jazz with only three points attained via free throws.

So chill muthafuckas.  Kobe will be fine.  Let him dust himself off, tighten a few loose bolts.  And once he does, it will be on like Donkey Kong!

What people should be talking about is Pau Gasol.  Dude is getting it in right now.  he amassed 28 points against the Jazz.  He's 30-64 on the preseason, which is still under his career average 53 percent.

The Lakers will be fine; don't stress out about little things of no importance.

I bid you all farewell.

Rams Beat Chargers

Are the Rams a legitimate team?  Or are the Chargers just falling off?  Either way, I'm happy as a muthafucka.  The Rams reached their 3-year win total (3) in six games.  That's clear signs of an improved team.

The defense played aggressively good; when's the last time we said that? Not even when Lovie Smith was our defensive coordinator, and he ran a pretty fuckin' good defense.  I cannot recall the last time the D got seven sacks.  It's been a while since we've had a pass rush who can create such havoc.  Our front four hasn't been this good in ages, probably since Grant Wistrom and Leonard Little.  They racked up five sacks: one by DT Fred Robbins, and four by DE's Chris Long & James Hall, two each.  The resident ballhawk, O.J. Atogwe, got an interception too.

Sam Bradford on offense is a blessing. He turned undrafted - was on the practice squad last week - rookie wide receiver Danario Alexander into a legitimate receiving threat, at least for that game. He had four catches for 72 yards and a TD.  Having Steven Jackson run the ball makes things a lot easier also.  He amassed 109 yards with a TD.

The Lingerie Football League

I'm back from my hiatus.  Let's get get this shit rollin'.

I know, I know.  Women's sports is typically considered a joke to most men.  I, too, was one of these "dudes" that ridiculed women's sports.  So when I heard MTV was going to air Lingerie Football, I chuckled.  Women playing football, ha ha.  Aren't they going to be scared they might break a nail?  Hey, at least I get some eye-candy out of the situation.  Boy was I wrong.

These chicks hit, and they hit HARD!  I was so shocked when I saw the big hits.  Plus, they're practically IN lingerie so you know how painful that shit is. I saw more big hits in that 30 minute episode than I see in most NFL games. And they're GIRLS!  These ladies are athletes.  They run the ball with intensity.  They play the game with a passion, and that's all I ask of athletes.  I'd gladly watch a Lingerie Football game again. Plus, they're WAY more better looking than their male counterparts lol.

I bid you all farewell.
